FAQ

What To Do If My Address Is Incorrect?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address supplied is correct. If you realise that the address is not correct then please contact us immediately as we have a short window of about 4 hours where we can amend addresses before production starts. If you contact us after this period we will attempt to make corrections but this will be on a best endeavours basis only. Please use the Contact Us form or email admin @ teeshirtmarket.co.uk.

If your order has been shipped with incorrect details then, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries. Should the order be returned to us as a return to sender or failed delivery then we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch fee.

Why My New Shirt Smells

That odour you may smell on your new tee is a by-product of the custom printing method used to print the design. But, don’t fret! The odour from printing is just a temporary addition. Now that your tee is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

Why Do The Colours Of My Shirt Look Different To The Website

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors and mobile device screens, colours of products may also appear different from those shown on the site.

Why Are My Items Not Being Shipped In One Parcel

Your orders are shipped as they are ready. Clothing orders may be combined but if you order say a mug and a shirt then these are shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.

You Have A Shirt With 1970 On It But Can I Have A Different Year?

Yes, of course, just contact us and let us know what you would like and we will sort that out for you.

Can I Track My Order?

If you have ordered an item that is shipped with Tracking then the tracking code will be emailed to you so that you can track your items.
